Former Transfer Student VUS Application Request

This form is to be completed only by those students who earlier this year applied as transfer students, with the intention of entering Harvard College in September, 2008 or January 2009. All information provided on this form should correspond to the information you previously submitted on your transfer application. Once we receive this form, we will mail you a letter indicating which materials we require you to submit, should you decide to apply to the program. We will send the information within one week of receiving your request.

  • I understand that this form is not an application, but a request to have a VUS application mailed to me, at the mailing address I provided in my previous transfer application.
  • I understand that VUS candidates are ineligible for financial aid.
  • I understand that enrolled VUS are not offered College housing.
  • I understand that enrolled VUS are ineligible to later transfer to Harvard College.
