More than one-third of Harvard students spend time contributing to the College and surrounding communities through a variety of public service programs, many of which are coordinated by the Phillips Brooks House Association and the College Public Service Network, both of which are located at Phillips Brooks House. Students direct over 120 different programs in and around the Greater Boston area. The Institute of Politics offers a variety of programs and opportunities for students interested in the political aspect of public service. Other students find niches in student government, which is organized at the House and at campus wide levels.
