Application Tips: The Application*
The first part of the application you will fill out will be the Common Application or the Universal College Application. Both will be treated equally by the Admissions Committee.
These applications allow you to apply to multiple schools using just one form. Essentially, these "common" or "universal" forms make it easier for you.

Page One: Applicant Data
This first page of the application contains mostly biographical information. |

Page Two: Family Background
The second page of the application asks for information about your family. |

Page Three: Educational History
The section allows you to provide colleges a detailed outline of the your educational history including schools attended, courses currently in progress and standardized tests. |

Page Four: Honors, Activities and Work Experience
Page four asks you for all the pertinent information regarding your time spent outsides of the walls of a classroom. |

Page Five: Essays & Signature
The last page of the application is where you are asked to write about yourself. In addition this section, asks for you to sign off that all the information provided is 100% truthful. |
* Please note that Harvard accepts both the Common Application and the Universal College Application. In this project we are using images from the Common Application as an example but we will view the information you provide the same whether you submit it through the Common Application or the Universal College Application.
